Our products are produced and shipped from EU countries. Customers should anticipate a shipping time of 7-14 days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping method, and destination. Please ensure to review the provided shipping time upon checkout and before making payment to avoid any misunderstandings or discrepancies.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping for all orders within Europe. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched for shipping, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Customs Costs

Please be aware that customs costs may apply. Customers are responsible for these costs, which may vary depending on the destination country and the contents of the order. In Switzerland, additional costs may apply if the total value of your order exceeds 62CHF.
